All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal nature of our handcrafted soaps, bath, and skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, scent preferences, or products that have been opened or used.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gratefulskinco@gmail.com.

We will review your request and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations
